Palm Valley is a luxury, 9,500-acre master-planned community in West Phoenix. Located in Goodyear off of Litchfield Park Road and West Palm Valley road, there’s something for everyone in Palm Valley. Communities such as Calderra, Elegancia, Artisan constructed by builders such as Maracay Homes, K Havnavian and more offer homeowners many choices. Homes range in size from 1,500 to over 3,000 square feet.
Palm Valley was actually constructed in phases. Palm Valley Phase 1, a golf course community located at Dysart and Encanto, was the initial phase of the Palm Valley master plan in 1993. Approximately 1,300 homes were built in this phase, each with their own distinct character. A hallmark of Palm Valley Phase 1 is its wide, tree-lined streets. The HOA fee in Phase 1 is only $172 a year. When this phase was first built, the city of Goodyear agreed to maintain the golf course fencing around the entire community as an incentive to build this development. Residents whose yards back to the golf course are required to maintain their fencing, but the fencing in the common areas is still maintained by the city.
Residents living in Palm Valley love having an array of parks and trails for walking, biking and jogging with their neighbors. There is also a 36-hole championship designed by renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills. The Palm Course has been rated among Arizona’s best public golf courses by the Phoenix Business Journal.
Just outside of the Palm Valley neighborhood is a larger collection of parks and trails offering many choices for outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, walking, horseback riding, sports and more are at your doorstep in the 30,000-acre White Tank Mountain Regional Park and the 20,000-acre Estrella Mountain Regional Park. The picnic friendly Goodyear Community Park is another option conveniently located to Palm Valley.
Palm Valley is a great choice for growing families, empty nesters and retirees wanting a quiet, relaxed lifestyle. Palm Valley is located in the Litchfield Elementary Unified School District.
